I wanted to take a minute to thank you personally for our buying experience at your dealership on 11/26. We traveled from Newark to look at a 2007 Acura TL that was very well priced and was pleasantly surprised once we arrived to see how nice it was. We were promptly meet by our salesman, Jordan Lamb, who was very professional and knowledgeable. We took it on a lengthy test drive and loved the car. We had challenging credit issues but Jay Brown, alternative finance manager, got us a great rate and a payment that fit our budget. My wife and I never felt pressured and it was the best buying experience we ever had. I would not hesitate to send family or friends up to see you when the time comes to purchase a vehical. "I live in Central Kentucky and I saw the truck I wanted online through Cars.com. I then contacted Graham Automall by phone. I first spoke to Randi Bostic about the truck and after getting some information from her she directed me to speak with Dave Behney in sales. After getting more information from Dave I decided to purchase the vehicle. Approximately 2 days after applying for credit online I talked to Scott Osborne regarding the paperwork. When I arrived to Graham Automall 2 weekends later I was received very warmly and professionally. I test drove the truck, signed the contract, and I was on my way.
